Donna is one of those people who have a special(?*) ability to “see” energy, and so she demonstrated quite a few different energy balancing exercises based on what she saw going on with the energy of some of the volunteers. (Figure 8’s, zipping the central meridians, cross-crawl, and lots more!)

As they closed the evening, David said some simple, but very important things:

Donna is on a Mission to help people of all walks of life to be able to work with energy to help themselves and feel better. If you haven’t gotten Donna’s book (Energy Medicine), get it. If you already have it, Read it. AND actually do the things that are described in the book. And then, get together with other people and practice the exercises. 2 or more people practicing together are a study group and will have improved success through their sharing. And when you notice the benefits in your life of doing these exercises, share them with other people.

Donna shared with the audience that Touch for Health was one of the ways that she learned that she could show other people what she saw happening with their energy, in a way that they could feel concretely. Donna’s Mission is very much like the mission that my father enthusiastically enjoyed for about 40 years, sharing TFH as widely as possible, and it feels good to know there are now thousands of people all over the world sharing the same vision of John Thie and Donna and David

I continue to travel and teach the TFH Metaphors, and lost count after 50 workshops and over 1000 participants. More TFH instructors are becoming qualified to teach this Workshop, and many of our International Trainers have elected to begin training Metaphor Instructors. In 2007 we will have an INTERNATIONAL JOINT CONFERENCE in Salt Lake City, June 6-9. This will be a historic meeting, and I hope to see you there.
