This is a 4-part workshop, we will meet Thursdays, Sept. 26, Oct. 3, 10, 17, 2024 from 8am to 12pm PST.
In this 4-part LIVE Online Video Workshop students will learn to test the “Gaits” for balancing muscle coordination in walking, running & sport. Check and balance “reactive” functional relationships between muscles, which can quickly release long-standing pains, often permanently. Expand the application of the Five Elements Theory using color, emotions and additional Acupressure Holding Points. Relieve long-standing pain with the Pain Tapping technique. Balance stress from past experience and trauma.
Sessions will be recorded for your review after class, and for use in future online classes.
