Touch For Health Level 1: In-Person Workshop

June 1-2, 2024  10am-6pm                         Start your journey with the classic foundational Energy Kinesiology workshop, in-person in Los Angeles (SFV), California. Level 1 provides fundamental Touch for Health skills to balance posture, attitude and energy.

Touch for Health Proficiency: In-Person Workshop

July 6 -7, 2024   10am - 6pm                               In this course, you will review and practice information and skills from the TFH Synthesis, and complete both practical (42 muscle-testing/ balancing) and written knowledge assessment. It will be attended by both Proficiency students who have completed levels 1-4 and Updating TFH Instructors (USA).  Discussion will address 1-4 proficiency as well as topics and questions from the perspective of TFH Instructors who may be repeating as a Skills Update. IKC Proficiency Certificate will be issued on successful completion.

Touch for Health Instructor Update: In-Person Workshop

July 6 -7, 2024   10am - 6pm                      Touch for Health U.S. Instructors may attend this course as an TFH Update certification renewal. This Proficiency Skills Update is the required Update for TFH Instructors who have not completed the minimum teaching requirements in the preceding 3 years.  It will be attended by both Updating TFH Instructors and Proficiency students who have completed levels 1-4.  Discussion will address 1-4 proficiency as well as topics and questions from the perspective of TFH Instructors. The IKC Instructor Update Certificate will be issued upon completion of course.

Touch for Health (Instructor) TRAINING Retreat

July 8 - 14, 2024                                                                                                    LIMITED space available. The TFH Training Workshop is a 60 hour intensive experience that will sharpen skills, add depth to knowledge and develop confidence in using Touch for Health. It takes  place at a private retreat center in  Malibu California, private room and board included. Location details will be sent after booking.

Touch For Health Level 2: Live ONLINE Workshop

This is a 4-part workshop, we will meet Fridays, May 24, 31 & June 21, 28, 2024, from 8am to 12pm PST.    This course builds on the skills taught in level 1, and introduces 14 additional muscles and more balancing touch reflexes. Although we may add some bonus materials in this course library, This is a LIVE online workshop. The entire course takes place within the LIVE VIDEO online sessions.

Touch For Health Goal Setting & Metaphors: Live ONLINE Workshop

This is a 4-part workshop, we will meet Thursdays, July 18, 25 & August 1, 8, 2024 from 8am to 12pm PST.    Learn how to use supportive dialogue, positive goal-setting and creative visualization to make your TFH balancing more profound, effective and meaningful. Although we may add some bonus materials in this course library, This is a LIVE online workshop. The entire course takes place within the LIVE VIDEO online sessions.

Touch For Health Level 3: Live ONLINE Workshop

This is a 4-part workshop, we will meet Thursdays, Sept. 26, Oct. 3, 10, 17, 2024 from 8am to 12pm PST. Learn to test the “Gaits” for balancing muscle coordination in walking, running & sport. Check and balance “reactive” functional relationships between muscles, which can quickly release long-standing pains, often permanently. Expand the application of the Five Elements Theory using color, emotions and additional Acupressure Holding Points. Relieve long-standing pain with the Pain Tapping technique. Balance stress from past experience and trauma.

Touch For Health Level 4: Live ONLINE Workshop

This is a 4-part workshop, we will meet Thursdays, Oct. 31, Nov. 7, 14, 21, 2024 from 8am to 12pm PST. Complete the basic Touch for Health Synthesis (TFH 1-4), and deepen your TFH Self-Testing/ Balancing Practice, and TFH Coaching over the Internet! Completing Level 4 qualifies you to attend the TFH Proficiency Assessment Workshop.  Analyze and fine-tune Postural Imbalances.  Balance all 42 TFH Muscles with 1-point Balancing.  Relieve physical/emotional stress associated with specific postures/ body positions. Relieve pain and increase flexibility/ range of motion with  "figure 8's" .  Deepen understanding of Acupressure Holding Point Theory and the Luo points. Use the “TFH Database” to prioritize the appropriate TFH techniques in the moment, and more!
